Clear Recurring Schedule Options

With this process, you can clear any recurring schedule options and/or recurring end dates for multiple ministers at the same time. This information displays in the Assignment Options window.
  1. On the Information tab, click Ministers > Processes > Minister Recurring.
  2. Select whether to use automatic updating or individual entry.
  3. Select Clear Recurring or Only Clear the Recurring End Date depending on your needs, then click Next.
  4. If you selected automatic updating: Make selections to build your list of records to process, then click Next.

  5. If you selected individual entry: Select a minister, and click Add Minister to List. Repeat this for each record you want to process. When you're finished, click Next.
  6. Review your list. When you're ready to update the selected records, click Next.
  7. To clear the recurring options and/or end dates, click Finish.
