You can select the service types and times a minister is able to serve. This helps the scheduler process know when ministers can be scheduled. On the Information tab, click Ministers > Type & Time Availability.

Click Quick Enter Type & Time Availability to set your time-of-day ranges. This accommodates special mass ministers, for example, who can work an evening mass but not a morning mass. Select which mass types and times the current minister is available to serve, then click Yes to apply these availability options to the current minister.
