You can start organizing your mission trips, conferences, retreats, camps, and more in just a few steps. This checklist guides you through the process of setting up a Go Method trial account so you can begin automating your events.

Getting Started Checklist

For now, upload your logo and select a color theme. You can adjust system settings and make more advanced customization (adjust notifications, revise email, etc.)  when you're ready.

Personalize My Site

When you're first starting, we recommend that you prioritize setting up your integration with your church management software (ChMS). You can return to our integration section later to authorize additional services. If you don't own a ChMS, you can skip this step.

Connect Church Management Software

Go Method works with the best  partners in the business. We integrate with multiple ChMS, donation, digital signature, background check, and travel partners to make managing your records and tasks easier. If you plan to use Go Method as stand-alone software or do not plan to integrate with other software products and services at this time, you can skip this section.

Categories and filters are used on the public event listing page to help sort and specify your events. This helps your potential participants find your event or trip more easily. For example, for a Ministry category, you could have filters for Adult, Family, Youth, Kids, and more, or for a Destinations category, you could have Europe, Africa, Asia, and more.

Filters and Categories

Checklist items are tasks, information, or other recommended items that participants are suggested - but no required - to complete. They can be trip specific or used across multiple trips, and they can be set up just for leaders, participants, or both. Checklists are a great way to share information with your team. Participants may have a different checklist view than leaders or administrators.
