Assigned Ministries
You can view the ministries that are assigned to a minister, as well as Last Served date and Do Not Serve With list. On the Information tab, click .
The Last Served Date reflects the last scheduled date the minister served. The Last Ministry Performed displays the ministry that the minister last served in. Be careful if you decide to change the ministry because the scheduler uses it to create new schedules. If the information is changed, the scheduler can't assign a fair distribution of ministries.
CAUTION: The scheduler is set up to assign ministries fairly. If you manually change the Last Served Date On or the Last Ministry Performed field, the scheduler can't assign a fair distribution of ministries.
To copy one ministry's serving options and/or mass preferences to another ministry, click Copy Setup. The minister must have at least two ministries in the list to copy the setup from one to another.
