Set Admin Permissions in Parish Life
Remove Admin Permissions
You may need to remove administrative permissions for personnel or volunteers who leave your parish.
- On the Information tab, click Parish Life.
- Select Email Invitation, select Administrators, then select Update Admin Status. Click Next.
- Select Remove Admin Status at the bottom.
- Your current admins display in the grid. If you need to add one, click the add icon above the grid, and enter the administrator's information.
- Select the admins whose permissions you want to remove.
- When you're ready to remove these admin permissions, click Update.
If the person is also a parishioner, they can still log in but will no longer have the ability to view administrative information.
