Show Giving History in Parish Life

Parishioners can view giving information in Parish Life on mobile devices. You can select which fund activities display for members.

You can upload other information during this process, but this procedure focuses on uploading fund activities only.

On the Information tab, click Parish Life.
Select Upload Member Information, and click Next.
Select Upload Changes and Upload Fund Information. You can clear any other options you don't want to upload right now. Click Next.
To add a fund, click the add icon , and select the fund information. To remove a fund from view, click it then click the delete icon .

Tip: Members will only see the activity names for the funds they have given toward.
If you want to overwrite the fund information you've previously added, select Delete Existing Fund Data on the App.

CAUTION: This will only remove the fund information from view. This does not affect any of the actual fund data.
Click Next.
If needed, enter your parish contact information.
When you're ready, click Upload.

The family's giving history displays in Parish Life under My Contributions. Members only see the fund activities the family has given toward.
