Change How Names Display on Mailings
CAUTION: This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.
With the Change Names process, you can:
- Reset the default names and salutations for families, members, and/or family relationships
- Remove initials in mailing names, formal salutations, and/or informal salutations
- Change "M/M" to "Mr. & Mrs." or "Mr. and Mrs." in names, mailing names, and formal salutations
- Move middle names and initials to the Middle Name/Initial field
- Add periods to name titles
- On the File menu in your PDS program, click .
- Select the name change options you want to make.
- Click Process.
