Replace Safe Environment Results

CAUTION: This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.
With this process, you can replace one Safe Environment result with another for a group of records. Results display in the grids in the Safe Environment window.
Note: This process is intended for PDS users who are converting to Realm and need to match the fields used in Realm. For example, you may need to change the result "Incomplete" to "Waiting on Applicant" to match the Realm field "Waiting on Applicant".
  1. On the Information tab, click Students > Processes then, on the Student Processes tab, click Replace Safe Environment Result.
  2. Select the current result that you want to change.
  3. Select the new result that should display in place of the current result.
  4. Select whether the change applies to background checks, other requirements, or both. Click Next.
  5. Select which types of records to change, then click Next.
  6. Select whether to post changes for all records or only those you select.
  7. Select to include only active, only inactive, or both. Click Next.
  8. Review your list. When you're ready to process the selected records, click Next.
  9. To replace the Safe Environment results, click Finish.
