Manage Class Schedules

In the Class Schedules window, you can maintain important information for the daily, weekly, and monthly activities associated with formation sessions. You can track items such as catechists, starting and ending dates, and the days absent or present.

Note: Before entering class schedule information, you should add catechists.

Add a Class or Session

  1. On the Information tab, click Class Schedules.
  2. At the top, click Add Class.
  3. In the Session Information window, enter a session name and any additional information.
  4. In the navigation pane, click Class Dates. Enter the class dates and any additional information.
  5. At the top, click Save.

Copy an Existing Class or Session

  1. On the Information tab, click Class Schedules > Copy Existing Session.
  2. Select the class/session you want to copy, and click Copy Session.
  3. A new class/session named "Copy of <session>" is created. Rename the new class/session, and make any necessary changes.
  4. At the top, click Save.
