Remove Someone as a Student

You may have a parent/guardian who is also enrolled as a student. In that case, they will have the Student checkbox marked on their record. If you need to remove the individual as a student (for example, when the class is over), you can clear the checkbox.

  1. On the Information tab, click Parents & Guardians > Personal.
  2. Locate the individual you want to remove as a student.
  3. Clear the Student checkbox.
  4. If the individual had any class, attendance, or progress information listed, you're prompted to remove the student data.
    • If you click Yes, any classes, attendance, and progress (marks) are removed for this individual, and a log entry is created to show what type of information was removed.
    • If you click No, no student information is removed.
    The Student checkbox is cleared on the Parent/Guardian record.
  5. At the top, click Save.
