Track a Student's Progress
Make sure you've set up student progress definitions.
You can track a student's marks in certain categories or subjects for different reporting periods. For example, you can record that Tommy Johnson received an "A" in Class Participation for the fall semester.
- On the Information tab, click .
- Locate the Student Progress section.Note: If you don't see this section in the Detail window, you have not set up your student progress definitions. Instead, you should see a link that says Click for Student Progress Options. Click that link to set up your student progress definitions.
- Click the add icon , and enter the information you want to track.
- At the top, click Save.
You can include student progress in permanent records. In the End of Year process, select Add this Year/Period Info to the Permanent Records to record the categories and marks for this period.
