With quick postings, you can update member information for a group of records at the same time. There is no limit on the number of records you can process at one time.

Suppose you need to post an individual's attendance for a Bible study. You can open the individual's record, select Attendance, and enter attendance information. If, on the other hand, you want to post attendance for all 20 individuals in the Bible study, you can run the Attendance quick posting. The attendance is automatically posted for all 20 records without opening them individually.

On the Information tab, click Members > Quick Posting. Pick a topic in the navigation menu to learn more about it.
