Response Follow-Up Tool

  • The Response Follow-Up Tool allows users to add a Response Follow-Up Record for one or multiple individuals.
  • A user needs to set up these required fields:
    • Made By: This field is auto-populated with the logged-in user. You can select any individual with at least one Security Role from the drop-down menu.
    • Follow Up Type: This field indicates what was done to follow up on the response.
    • Follow Up Date: This field displays the date the follow-up action was completed. Click or tap the calendar icon to autofill the current date.
    • Notes: This field includes notes the user has regarding the response. You can add up to 2,000 characters in a note.
  • The tool resets after saving to allow you to add additional Response Follow-Up records.

Desktop

The Response Follow-Up Tool can launch from an open Response or a selection of Responses. If you launch the tool with a selection of responses, the number of responses displays next to Selected Responses.

Desktop Response Follow-Up

  1. Go to Opportunities > Responses.
  2. Open a response or select multiple responses.
    Note: Selections show by name in the Made By field on the Response Follow Up page.
  3. From the Tools menu, select Response Follow Up.
  4. Select the Follow Up Type.
  5. Select the Follow Up Date.
  6. Add Notes.
  7. Click Save.

Mobile Response Follow-Up

  1. Go to Opportunities > Responses.
  2. Open a response.
    Note: Selection show by name in the Made By field on the Response Follow Up page.
  3. From the Tools menu, select Response Follow Up.
  4. Select the Follow Up Type.
  5. Select the Follow Up Date.
  6. Add Notes.
  7. Click Save.
