Member Keywords

Use these keywords on member records.

Attendance For Names

Event names you want to track attendance for, such as "Ministry Events", "Training Classes", and "Sunday Worship".

Attendance Reasons

Reasons why a member may have missed a class, like "Car Accident", "Sick", and "Out of Town". Use these to explain tardiness when tracking attendance.

Celebrant Names

Names of those who perform baptism, marriage, and other sacraments. For example: "Rev. Williams" and "Father Jones".

You can identify any duplicate names, such as "Rev. Williams" and "Reverend Williams", and remove the ones you don't want. Click Delete Duplicates, then select the names, and click Remove Selected. This will not remove the celebrant name from any existing records; it remains as it is in the celebrant name text field.

Member Keywords

Any information that isn't covered by existing member fields, such as "Bloodmobile Donor" and "Needs Physical Assistance".

Ministry Names

Types of ministries you can post to individuals' records, like "Altar Server", "Choir", and "Deacon".

Sacrament Date Names

The sacraments you can use on members' Sacrament Date List.

Sponsor/Witness Types

Types of sponsors and witnesses for member sacraments, like "Christian Witness", "Proxy", and "Godfather".

Talent/Ministry Status Names

The status of someone's involvement in a talent or ministry. This can also identify needs, willingness to volunteer, or need for a reply. For example: "Actively Involved", "No Longer Involved", and "No Response". Select Yes to indicate that a status means a person is currently involved, or select No if the status means a person is not currently involved.

Talent Names

Talents or services that an individual is willing to provide, such as "Carpentry", "Drawing", and "Clerical Work".
