Export Data to MissionInsite

Export PDS Financial Information

MissionInsite requires a data file containing your financial information. You can export this file from PDS.

  1. On the Reports tab, click Contribution Reports.
  2. Expand Data Exports, and double-click Donor Extract for MissionInsite.
  3. Proceed to the Export Setup window, make any necessary selections, then click Next.
    Note:

    MissionInsite requires a .csv file with headers included.

    We recommend naming the file in way that's meaningful to you, such as DonorExtract.csv.

  4. Enter the date ranges for one year and two years prior to today's date, then click Next.
  5. Select the funds to include, then click Next.
  6. Select which families (donors) to include in the export. Use Additional Selections to filter further.
  7. When you're ready, click Build.
  8. After the export file is created, click View File to open it.
