Letters and Statements
- Create a new letter
- Modify parts of existing letters, like letterhead, letter date, inside address, closing, and margins
- Specify which funds, time periods, or activity groups to include on financial statements
- Send letters and statements by email
- Send separate statements and billing copies
To locate letters and statements, on the Reports tab, click the button related to the type of report you want. The Family, Member, and Personnel report groups have a section called Letters/Statements. The Contribution report group has a Financial Statements section. Expand it to see the predefined reports.
