View and Edit Salary History
You can view the history of an employee's salary. After making changes in the Wages/Master Paycheck window, you're prompted to log the information in the Salary History automatically. You can also enter salary changes directly in this window.
- On the Payroll tab, click .
- Click the add icon above the grid.
- Enter the date of the salary change.
- In the From columns, enter the current salary amount and frequency.
- In the To columns, enter the new salary amount and frequency.
- In the Description column, enter an optional description of the salary change.
- At the top, click Save.
