Delete a Group of Events
You can delete a group of past events if you no longer need them. We recommend periodically removing old events so the program runs more efficiently.
- On the Information tab, click .
- To delete events for a particular organization, select the organization from the drop-down list.
- To delete events for a particular facility, select the facility from the drop-down list.
- To delete a particular event, select the event name from the drop-down list.
- If you're only deleting old events, make sure to enter the date range. Otherwise, you might unintentionally delete future events that you want to keep.
- If you only want to delete the events that occur on a certain day of the week, select Only these days and select the day(s) you want.
- Select whether to delete the charges and payments for the event(s) you're deleting.
- Select what to do when an event you're deleting has unpaid charges.
- Click Next.
- Select the events to delete, then click Next.
- Review your selections, and click Finish.
- If needed, you can print a detailed list or summary of the deleted events.
