Add Mass Intentions to an Event

Note: This feature is only available in PDS Version 11. For more on upgrading, see Upgrade to the Latest Version.

You can add mass intentions for an event. Record information like who the intention is given by, their email address, the presider, the stipend amount, whether the stipend has been paid, and the purpose of the intention.

Note:

Mass intentions can also be added to a group of masses during scheduling.

  1. On the Information tab, click Events > Mass Intentions.
  2. Locate the event you want to add mass intentions to.
  3. In the Mass Intentions grid, click the add icon green plus sign.
  4. Enter any information you want to record for this mass intention.
  5. If you entered a stipend amount and it has been paid, select the Paid checkbox.
  6. At the top, click Save.
