Enter Remarks or Request Details for an Event

You can add any remarks for the event, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and web calendar. If someone requested this event, you can add details about it.

  1. On the Information tab, click Events. Locate the appropriate record.
  2. To enter remarks, click Remarks in the navigation pane, and enter any comments in the appropriate text box.
  3. To enter request details, click Request Details in the navigation pane, and add any details you want.
    Note: If your program asks for user names, Scheduled By automatically displays the user name of the person who scheduled the event. You can edit it, if needed.
  4. At the top, click Save.
