Delete Event Packages

Make sure you remove any scheduled events in the package before deleting it.

We recommend periodically removing old event packages. Keeping unnecessary information in the database affects program efficiency.

To delete a single event package, locate the event package record you want to delete, and click Delete Pkg at the top. Or, you can delete multiple event packages at one time.

  1. On the Information tab, click Event Packages > Processes > Delete Packages.
  2. Select the event packages you want to delete, and click Next.
  3. Review the information for the selected packages. Confirm that you want to delete these by selecting them again.
  4. Select whether you want to delete charges and payments.
    Note: The charges and payments are listed in the Charges & Payments section of the Organizations & Individuals window.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Review the packages to be deleted. When you're ready, click Finish.
