Delete a Group of Events

CAUTION: This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.

You can delete a group of past events if you no longer need them. We recommend periodically removing old events so the program runs more efficiently.

  1. On the Information tab, click Events > Processes > Delete Events.
  2. Make your selections for organizations, facilities, events, and charges/payments.
    CAUTION: If you're only deleting old events, make sure to enter the date range. Otherwise, future events could be unintentionally deleted.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Select the events to delete, then click Next.
  5. Review your selections, and click Finish.
  6. If needed, you can print a detailed list or summary of the deleted events.
