View Calendars

You can always view events and calendars by printing them out, but there are several convenient ways to see them within the program.
Note: By default, all calendar weeks begin on Sunday. However, you can select a different starting day in the Initial Setup window.

Complete List of Scheduled Events

On the Information tab, click Calendars > List of Scheduled Events. A grid displays each event's name, start and end dates, day of the week, start and end times, organization, and facility. If an event falls on a date before the current date, it displays in blue. To change the order of the columns, click and drag column headings. Double-click an event to open it.

Daily or Weekly Schedule of Events

On the Information tab, click Calendars > Daily Schedule or Weekly Schedule. Use the zoom options to customize your view. The Zoom button at the top opens a full-screen view. The plus blue square with a plus sign and minus blue square with a minus sign buttons above the event times control the timeline. You can also click the magnifying glass button magnifying glass with a plus sign on column headers to expand or shrink each column. Use the options on the right side of the window to locate an event. When you click an event, the details display on the right. Click Load Event to modify the details.
Note: The daily and weekly schedules start at the time you set for Default Start Time for Events in the Initial Setup window.

Monthly or Yearly Calendar of Events

On the Information tab, click Calendars > Monthly Calendar or Yearly Calendar. Use the buttons at the bottom of the window to locate an event. Use the left and right arrows to locate a particular month and year or just the year. Double-click a day to view its details. Select Show Detail to view more details about the day's events. Click Show List to view a list of the day's events. You can select an event and click Load Event to modify the details.

Holidays and Special Days

From any program window, you can click the year calendar icon blue outline of a box with squares inside on the Quick Access toolbar. This displays colors on dates that represent the weekend and all holidays and special days you set up. You can determine which days show in a colored square when you set up dates. This calendar does not show any scheduled events.
