Remove a User

When someone leaves your organization, we recommend removing their user name and password from PDS. If it's possible the user may return, you may consider marking them inactive instead.

  1. On the Administration tab, click Users & Passwords.
  2. Locate the user you want to delete.
  3. At the top, click Delete User.
  4. Click Yes to remove the user from the program.

The user will no longer be able to log in to the PDS program.
