Track Workshops and Courses

Note: This feature is only available in PDS Version 11. For more on upgrading, see Upgrade to the Latest Version.

You can track the workshops and courses that personnel attend and complete.

  1. On the Personnel tab, click All Personnel or the appropriate personnel section then Workshops/Courses.
  2. Locate the appropriate record.
  3. Click the add icon green plus sign, and enter any workshop/course information you want to track.
    • Date—Enter the date that the workshop/course took place. Click the calendar icon red outline of a box with dots inside to select the date.
    • Hours—Enter the number of hours the personnel participated in the workshop/course.
    • Workshops/Courses—Select the workshop or course that the personnel attended. This uses keywords from the Workshops/Courses list.
    • Notes—Enter any additional information you want to know about this workshop/course for this personnel.
  4. At the top, click Save.
