Enter an Alternate Address

Enter an alternate address if personnel spend part of the year at one location and part of the year at another. You can specify the effective dates for the alternate address.

  1. Locate the appropriate record.
  2. In the Primary Information window, click the Alternate Addr. tab.
  3. Enter the address.
  4. In the Active From and Active To fields, enter the month and day when the alternate address is in effect. If, during this time, mail should be sent here, select Send Mail to Alternate Address.
    Note: During the Active dates, the Alternate Addr. tab displays "At Alt." so you know they are at that address.
  5. Click Save.

If there's something you need to know about the person's addresses, you can enter that information on the Addr. Remarks tab.
