You can view a recap of a family's fund totals through a specific date or for all dates. Monthly totals also display.
On the Information tab, click Contributions > Recap/Totals.
Locate the appropriate family.
Select how to display the totals.
Show Recap Totals Through—Displays the totals through the date you enter. This doesn't include future postings.
Show Recap Grand Totals for All Dates—Displays the grand total, including future postings. For example, if you enter a pledge with a future date, the total amount due (rather than the amount due-to-date) displays.
Note:
You can select the default view of this window. On the File menu, click Setup > Initial Setup.
