View Recap of Fund Activities and Totals

You can view a recap of a family's fund totals through a specific date or for all dates. Monthly totals also display.

  1. On the Information tab, click Contributions > Recap/Totals.
  2. Locate the appropriate family.
  3. Select how to display the totals.
    • Show Recap Totals Through—Displays the totals through the date you enter. This doesn't include future postings.
    • Show Recap Grand Totals for All Dates—Displays the grand total, including future postings. For example, if you enter a pledge with a future date, the total amount due (rather than the amount due-to-date) displays.

    You can select the default view of this window. On the File menu in your PDS program, click Setup > Initial Setup.
