Explicitly Secured Actions

  • Some actions are highly specific and very powerful.
  • Explicitly Secured Actions are page-specific security options. For instance, having the right to attach an image to a Contact record does not automatically give you the right to attach an image to a Household record.
  • Explicitly Secured Actions are explicitly assigned to Security Roles that you can selectively apply to Users who need to perform those actions.
  • Explicitly Secured Actions include:
    • Export
    • Attach Files
    • Secure Records
