SSL Certificates
MinistryPlatform requires a valid SSL Certificate configuration. You should have SSL Certificates from a reputable web host or a Certificate Authority. We do not recommend short-term and free SSL Certificates, and they may not work with our software.
Note: MinistryPlatform does not support SSL Certificates from Let's Encrypt (or other free, short-term certificates).
This affects all parts of the system. The software relies heavily on the SSL Certificate being installed correctly.
