Group Attendance

Explore the various methods available for recording group attendance, ensuring accurate tracking and easy management.

There are several ways to mark attendance for a group. Pick the one that works best for you!

Log Group Attendance

To log attendance for group participation, you must assign the group to an event through a Room Reservation record. When you add event participants with a Group Participant value, attendance displays for the group. You can create events manually or through the Attendance Notification.

View Group Attendance

Once you've marked group attendance, you can go to the Group record, click the Participants tab, and view the Last Attended column. If needed, you can make a selection of records from this tab to communicate with those who have not attended recently.

From the Groups page, there are also several Group Attendance and Group Attendee reports you can run after you select a group.
