Group Attendance

There are several ways to mark attendance for a group. Pick the one that works best for you!

Log Group Attendance

If you want to log attendance for group participation, the group must be assigned to an event through a Room Reservation record. When you add event participants with a Group Participant value, attendance displays for the group. Events can be created manually or by the Group Attendance Notification.

View Group Attendance

Once you've marked group attendance, you can go to the Group record, click the Participants tab, and see the Last Attended column. If needed, you can make a selection of records from this tab to communicate with those who have not attended recently.

From the Groups page, there are also several Group Attendance and Group Attendee reports you can run after selecting a group.
