Group Reports

Group Involvement Summary

This report displays the number of participants, servants, and leaders that are active in groups of a specific type.

Group Recommendations

Select a contact and receive some group recommendations. Recommendations are based on attributes that the contact and the group share. The Shared Attributes number in the report filters is the number of attributes you want the report to find between the contact and the group. The default is one, so it pulls any groups that match the contact for one or more attributes. The higher the number, the fewer matches it returns.

Group Participant Changes By Month

Get a net number by month of people added and removed from groups.

Group/Team Export

Use this report to export specific types of groups and teams. Include contact information and attributes that describe the group.

New Group Participants

Use this report to determine how many people have been added to groups of a specific type between two dates. The report breaks down results by group role and highlights the number of people who never previously performed that role.

New Group Participants - Selected

Use this report to determine how many people in your selection have been added to groups of a specific type between two dates. The report breaks results down by group role and highlights the number of people who never previously performed that role.

Selected Group Attendance

See how many group participants attended the events for a specific program. You can filter by event type and congregation/parish.
Tip: If you have a large selection of records, we recommend breaking it into smaller pieces before running the report.

Selected Group Attendance by Event Type

Summarize group member attendance, including an event type filter for those groups that attend more than one type of event and need separate attendance. Event dates are listed for every event associated with the program(s) assigned to the group. This report uses the Ignore Program Groups field on the Event record.

Selected Group Attendance By Individual

Review the attendance for each person in the selected groups.

Selected Group Attendee Search

Find group participants or their parents based on having attended a number of times in a specific time period. This report includes filters for minimum attendance, maximum attendance, program, congregation/parish, group type, group role, and enrolled date. This report can save a selection back to the database.

Selected Group Birthday List

Select your group and find out who is having a birthday in a specific month.

Selected Group Call List

This report returns a list of group members with phones and emails.

Selected Group Directory

Create a basic directory for the selected group.

Selected Group Directory - Household

Create a directory for the selected groups listing current group participants, including some or all of their family members.

Selected Group Directory - Photos

Create a directory for the selected groups listing current group participants, including their contact record photo if one is present.

Selected Group Family Listing

Print the contact information and family members of your group participants.

Selected Group Involvement

This report creates a participation summary in the selected groups.

Selected Group Last Attended

Print a group roster with a date each person last attended a specific program.
Note: For the last attended column to autofill for a participant:
  • The Group Participant field on the Event Participant record must be completed,
  • The event participant's Participation Status must be 03 Attended or 04 Confirmed,
  • The event's program must match the program in the report filter, and
  • The congregation/parish of the event's program must match the congregation/parish in the report filter.

Selected Group Participation Summary

Find out how many folks have participated in selected groups between a defined period of time.

Selected Group Roster

Get a roster of participants for the selected groups.

Selected Group Roster Multi-Week

Print a roster for each group with participants with columns for up to five weeks. The optional Last Date Attended displays the date of the last event the participant attended that is associated with the same program as the program group.

Selected Group Roster Plus Family

Get a roster of participants for the selected groups with spouse and kids listed.

Selected Group Roster: Parent Info

Print a roster for each group with the parent's contact information for the group members' heads of household.
