Group Participants
The Group Participants page is a line-by-line representation of all the Participant records that are associated with a Group. If a person participates in more than one group, that means they have multiple Group Participant records, and you will see multiple lines for that person – one for each group they're in.

Group Participant Fields
- Group
- The Group associated with this Participant.
- Participant
- The Participant record associated with the Group.
- Group Role
- Role the Participant has in the Group.
- Start Date
- Date the Participant began involvement in the Group.
- End Date
- Date the Participant finished involvement in the Group.
- Employee Role
This field was created for internal use and has not been used for anything meaningful.
- Hours Per Week
- Amount of involvement required per week.
- Notes
- Any notes needed about the Group involvement.
- Auto Promote
- Yes or No setting for whether this Group Participant should be promoted by a routine.
- First Attendance, Second Attendance, Third Attendance, and Last Attended
- Read only fields that are populated every evening. These indicate the dates when the Participant attended for the first time ever, second time, and third time, as well as the last time they attended. You can use them to create views.
