Room Layouts
- A Room Layout is a record for layouts available in a Room as part of an Event.
- Common Room Layouts may be Classroom, Concert, Chairs in a Circle, etc.
- Room Layouts can be associated with each Room Reservation.
- Room Layout records can be created/edited in Facilities > Room Layouts.
- Add an image to set your facilities team up for success.
Room Layout Fields
- Layout Name: The friendly name for your Layout.
- Description: A brief description of your Layout.
- Capacity: The number of people this Layout accommodates.
- Table Count: The number of tables needed for this Layout.
- Chair Count: The number of chairs needed for this Layout.
- Setup Minutes: The time it takes to set up this Layout.
