Buildings

  • A Building is a record for the specific building on a location.
  • Typically each location has one building.
  • A building might have multiple rooms.
  • Building records can be created/edited in Facilities > Buildings.

Building Fields

  • Building Name: The friendly name for your building.
  • Location: The location where the building is located.
  • Description: A brief description of your building.
  • Next Inspection Date: Optional date for tracking inspections.
  • Building Coordinator: The staff or volunteer who oversees the use of the building.
  • Date Acquired: Optional date for tracking acquisition.
  • Date Constructed: Optional date for tracking construction.
  • Date Retired: Optional date for tracking end of use.
