Room Layout records track the layouts available in a room as part of an event. Common room layouts include Classroom, Concert, Chairs in a Circle, and so on. You can add these records under .
We recommend adding an image of the room layout to set your facilities team up for success! You can associate room layouts with each room reservation.
Room Layout Fields
- Layout Name
- The friendly name for your layout.
- Description
- A brief description of your layout.
- Capacity
- The number of people this layout accommodates.
- Table Count
- The number of tables needed for this layout.
- Chair Count
- The number of chairs needed for this layout.
- Setup Minutes
- The time in minutes it takes to set up this layout.
