Chart of Accounts

Import Your Chart of Accounts

If you are a new user setting up the program for the first time, you can import an existing chart of accounts into the program.

  1. On the File menu in your PDS program, click System Processes > Import Chart of Accounts.
    Note: This option only displays if your Chart of Account tables are empty.
  2. Select the location of the COA file.
  3. Click Begin Process.
  4. When the import is complete, click OK.
