Compare Actuals or Budget Totals

You can compare actuals or budget totals from different years. Note that you can only compare actual totals for asset and liability accounts.

  1. On the Other Information tab, click Chart of Accounts > Comparatives.
  2. Locate the account to compare.
  3. Under Comparatives, select either Monthly to compare monthly totals or YTD to compare year-to-date totals.
  4. In the drop-down lists, select what to compare.
    Note: An asterisk indicates the current fiscal year.
