A brief overview of Statement Donor records, including fields you'll encounter and what they mean.

The Statement Donors record is created when you associate a donation with the standard statement.

• Donors will probably have more than one Statement Donor record; they'll get one for each year they've donated.
• A statement can have more than one Statement Donor record. For example, if both spouses have a statement type of Family, their donations display on the same statement and each spouse will have a Statement Donor record for that statement.
• If additional household members make a gift and also have a statement type of Family on their individual Donor record, they also display on the Contribution Statement Donors record. This is most likely to happen if a child makes a gift. The Contribution Statement Donors record is available as a tab of the Standard Statements record.
