Print Donor Statements
Instructions to send printed statements.
- Review your records since each donation must be distributed to a program.
- Only tax-deductible programs display.
- Make sure each program is assigned to the correct statement header so that it displays in the correct column of your statements.
- Make sure your Accounting Company record is updated with the correct logo and other information that will be sourced from this record for your statements.
- Many statements are filtered by accounting company. Each program must be assigned to a congregation that belongs to an accounting company. A statement with an accounting company filter only lists donations distributed to programs of congregations within that accounting company.
You can print statements to send to all your donors or to a donor who requests one if they lost theirs or required a correction.
