Configure Standard Statements

Instructions to get standard statements up and running on your MinistryPlatform instance.

  1. Review your accounting company to make sure it is configured correctly. Be sure to set the Standard Statement field to the Donor Standard Statement.
    1. In the navigation menu, click Church Structure > Accounting Companies.
    2. Open the accounting company.
    3. Click Edit Record.
    4. Under the Standard Statement Settings section, in the Standard Statement field, select Donor Standard Statement from the drop-down list.
  2. Review your programs and their statement headers.
    Tip: The Stewardship Info views are helpful here!
  3. Turn on the statement generator webhook.
    1. In the navigation menu, click Administration > Webhooks.
    2. Open the Statement Generator webhook.
    3. Click Edit Record.
    4. Set Active to Yes.
    5. Set Trigger On Update to Yes.
    6. Click Save.
