Configure Standard Statements
Instructions to get standard statements up and running on your MinistryPlatform instance.
- Review your accounting company to make sure it is configured correctly. Be sure to set the Standard Statement field to the Donor Standard Statement.
- In the navigation menu, click Church Structure > Accounting Companies.
- Open the accounting company.
- Click Edit Record.
- Under the Standard Statement Settings section, in the Standard Statement field, select Donor Standard Statement from the drop-down list.
- Review your programs and their statement headers.Tip: The Stewardship Info views are helpful here!
- Turn on the statement generator webhook.
- In the navigation menu, click Administration > Webhooks.
- Open the Statement Generator webhook.
- Click Edit Record.
- Set Active to Yes.
- Set Trigger On Update to Yes.
- Click Save.
