Approve or Decline New Account Requests
You can approve or decline account requests.
- You'll need the Manage Realm Account Sign-Up Requests permission.
In an Invite + Realm Account Sign Up Requests, when an individual requests a new account, you will see the account request on the Tasks page. From there, you can select whether to approve the account and make a new profile, or decline the request.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Tasks.
- Click the Realm account sign up request task. You may need to scroll down to see it.
- Click
next to the name of the individual.
- Select whether to Audit and Approve or Decline. If you select Audit and Approve, you can select whether to make this a new profile or merge it with a possible duplicate.
