Change an Individual to a Business
You might have created a profile for a person but later realize it needs to be a business profile.
- You'll need the Edit Individual permission.
- Locate and open the record you want to update.
- Click Edit.
- Click Contact Information.
- Change Profile Type from Person to Business. This field is disabled if the individual has family members connected with his or her record.
- Click Save.
