You can invite people, via email, to sign in to Realm and use the site.

Before sending invitations, review your Member Status (or Parishioner Status) profile field and set the appropriate congregant security and privacy options. Make sure the congregants you send invitations to have the appropriate Member Status selected on their profile.

To send the initial invitation, select Send Realm Invite when adding a record. After that, you can see the complete list of invitations and reissue them when needed.
