Notes attached to profiles are only visible only to users with permission.

Realm has two kinds of notes: standard and private.

Standard notes can be viewed, added, edited, or deleted only by someone with the Manage Notes permission.

Private notes can be viewed only by someone with the Manage Private Notes permission, but can only by edited or deleted by the person who entered them or by someone who is an administrator.
