Fix Duplicates from a Profile
You can fix duplicate profiles from a person or org/business profile.
- You'll need the Merge Individual permission.
- Locate and open the duplicate profile.
- On the Info tab, click the Possible Duplicate button.
- A pop-up window displays the two similar profiles. Decide whether to merge, delete, or ignore the profiles.
- If the profile has more than one possible duplicate, click the arrow
to view the similar profiles. You will need to repeat the process above, and resolve each one-at-a-time.
