Fix Duplicates from the Dashboard
On the Overview Dashboard, you can find and fix duplicate profiles.
- You'll need the Merge Individual permission.
You can choose to merge, delete, or ignore possible duplicate profiles.
For multiple duplicates, you must repeat the process and resolve each one at a time.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click .
- Click the Overview tab.
- In the Individuals section, click Possible Duplicates. The number of possible duplicates displays beside this link.
- Locate the duplicate you want to resolve, then click Resolve.
- A pop-up window displays the two similar profiles. If the profile has more than one possible duplicate, click the arrow
to view the similar profiles.
- Review the information, then choose to merge, delete, or ignore possible duplicate profiles. To delete a profile, click Delete. To ignore a duplicate and keep the profile, click This profile is not a duplicate. To merge information into one profile, click Merge.
- Repeat this process for any other possible duplicates.
