You can find and fix duplicate profiles from the Overview dashboard.

1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards.
2. Click the Overview tab.
3. In the Individuals section, click the link for Possible Duplicates.
4. For each potential duplicate, click Resolve.
5. A pop-up window displays the two similar profiles. Decide whether to merge, delete, or ignore the profiles.
6. If the profile has more than one possible duplicate, click the arrow to view the similar profiles. You will need to repeat the process above, and resolve each one-at-a-time.
