Duplicate Profiles

Fix Duplicates from the Dashboard

You can find and fix duplicate profiles from the Overview dashboard.

  • You'll need the Merge Individual permission.
If you find duplicate profiles, you can choose to merge, delete, or ignore them. You will need to repeat the process, and resolve each one-at-a-time.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards.
  2. Click the Overview tab.
  3. In the Individuals section, click the link for Possible Duplicates.
  4. For each potential duplicate, click Resolve.
  5. A pop-up window displays the two similar profiles. Decide whether to merge, delete, or ignore the profiles.
  6. If the profile has more than one possible duplicate, click the arrow arrow pointing to the right to view the similar profiles.
