Set Up an Alternate Account Number Format
CAUTION: Always back up your data before making any changes to the account number format.
You can set up alternate account numbers for your accounts. For example, you can do this if you want to use diocesan account numbers without having to change your account numbering system.
- On the File menu in your PDS program, click .
- For Use Alternate Account Number, select Yes.
- Click Save.
After enabling them, you can format alternate account numbers the same way you do with regular account number format.
