Letters and Statements
- Create a new letter
- Modify parts of existing letters, like letterhead, letter date, inside address, closing, and margins
- Specify which funds, time periods, or activity groups to include on financial statements
- Send letters and statements by email
- Send separate statements and billing copies
To locate letters and statements, on the Reports tab, click the button related to the type of report you want. The Family, Parent & Guardian, and Personnel report groups have a section called Letters. The Tuition & Fees report group has a Financial Statements section. Expand it to see the predefined reports.
