Send Separate Statements

Occasionally, you may receive a request to send a separate statement to a family member who contributes individually. You can send the family a statement that excludes the individual's contributions, and you can send the individual a personal statement that excludes the contributions made by other family members. Member statements print with family statements in the order set in the Sort Order field.
Note: The member must have a Member ID number to use this feature.
  1. In the Personal section of the member's window, select Separate Statement.

  2. Select a report to run.
  3. On the final step of the Reports wizard, select Include Separate Statements.

When you print the statements, the first page will show the family's contributions and the subsequent pages will show each member's contributions when applicable.

Family's Statement:
